You can register a new account with myEOS.org here. Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with further instructions.
Account information
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
Provide a password for the new account in both fields. e.g. "kKnNKF22N6".
Address
The country you live in.
The name of the city you live in.
The zip code of the city you live in.
The name of the street and your house number.
The phone number where you can be reached during business hours.
An eventual fax number.
An optional homepage you might want to have associated with your profile.
Personal Information
How to address you in mails (Mr., Dr., Prof., ..).
Your first name.
Your last name.
An eventual different public email address. Defaults to login email address.
The name of the company or university where you are employed.
Additional information about your employer or the name of your faculty.
Optional name of the department or institute where you work.
